At hausmodernliving.com we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We will always strive to do what we can to assure your satisfaction. To return an item or items please follow the guidelines below:
Returns must be pre-authorized by calling 1-888-894-haus (4287) or sending an email request to orders@hausmodernliving.com. Returns received without pre-authorization may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise purchased from hausmodernliving.com may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt, in original condition and in original packaging. Restocking fees may apply. Some non-stock items and all polycarbonate items are non-returnable. All special order items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. We would suggest calling to place special orders to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. Refunds are issued only in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Returns should be properly packed and sent to: haus modern living 4821 N. Scottsdale Rd. Suite 109 Scottsdale, AZ 85251 (NOTE: Some dropship items may require being returned directly to manufacturer for quicker turnaround - we will notify you of proper return address with Return Authorization). Actual cost of shipping item to you is not credited or refunded. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Please inspect your items and its packaging immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 14 days of delivery will not be processed. hausmodernliving.com will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

Sales Tax

No tax is charged on any orders except for Customers located in Arizona.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours. All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as any shipping or processing expenses incurred by hausmodernliving.com.

This online system is 100% secure. hausmodernliving.com does NOT and will NOT sell, distribute or share any personal information, under any circumstance, including those who have subscribed to our mailing list.

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also purchase using Money Order or personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Shipping Information

At hausmodernliving.com we offer Free Shipping for most orders over $100 in the 48 contiguous states . Some items do have a shipping fee, but they are few and far between. Basically, our motto is "If we can, we will!" Any additional shipping charges will be seen upon checkout.
Most in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) of the order being placed. If you require overnight or specialty shipping please contact us 888-894-4287. You will be notified if there are any additional shipping fees required for your order prior to shipping. All delivery estimates are approximate estimates only. hausmodernliving.com will not ship to Post Office Boxes. hausmodernliving.com will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

If any item(s) are out of stock or back-ordered we will notify you prior to shipping the other portion of your order. We can choose to ship what is in stock or wait until the back-ordered items arrive in our facility.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.
